Privacy Policy

Swipe @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for unlocking the lodge's doors from your phone with the access your door card has.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member made a change.

The app reads your door card and its access from the lodge's member records and door system, and asks the door system to unlock a door when you tap it. Each unlock is logged with your email.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
